VINEYARD & ENOLOGY
The diversity of strains we have are: Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Merlot, Syrah, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Mediterranean strains, as Petit Verdot, Viognier, Mourvedre and Cabernet Franc.
The winery has a capacity of 2,500,000 liters stored in stainless steel, an aging room for 2,000 barrels of French oak, a laboratory and a bottling plant last generation, so our consumers have the security to enjoy always the best quality.
In the warehouse to store the wines are kept resting in perfect harmony, in barrels of French and American oak where the wine acquires complexity and body, woody flavor and a soft and delicate aroma.
Our oenological team, headed by Frenchman Jean-Philippe Frossard, who works with us since 2002, has developed five levels: Varietal, Reserva Soft, Reserva, Gran Reserva, Family Book Icon, counting all with many awards and high scores the most recognized magazines and contests, which guarantee our work and experience.
